This agreement is made between IdeaPro LLC and PHP Commercial Painting (collectively referred to as the “Studio”), and the undersigned individual (“Participant”).
By signing this agreement, Participant agrees to the following:
1. Permission to Use Likeness & Recording
Participant grants the Studio permission to record and use their likeness, voice, comments, and image in any audio or video production recorded at the studio. This includes but is not limited to podcasts, interviews, promotional materials, and other media content. The Studio retains the right to edit, distribute, and use the recordings without restriction.
2. Release of Liability
Participant understands and agrees that they are using the Studio at their own risk. The Studio, including IdeaPro LLC and PHP Commercial Painting, is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while on the premises, including but not limited to tripping over equipment, lighting stands, or cables.
3. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities that may arise due to statements made by the Participant during the recording. The Studio is not responsible for any defamatory, offensive, or legally actionable content expressed by the Participant.
4. No Compensation
Participant understands that they are not entitled to any compensation for their participation in the recording or for the use of their likeness in any produced content.
5. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By entering their name, email, and date below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this release.
